The well equipped kitchen, which has a large dining table, a built in hob, oven, microwave, dish washer, and a Stanley range cooker. In one corner is a large fridge freezer and the other an antique larder cupboard. Oak beams support the ceiling and the arch above the hob.

Steps lead down from the kitchen to the newest room which has a large picture window with views of the steepest grassy slope in Europe and the beautiful Gwynant lake. The wood burning stove warms the room on cold evenings and so you don’t miss out on your favourite telly programs, there is a telly, with freeview, and dvd player.
